What we collect

• About you: your name, phone, email, home address, a password for the app (stored scrambled, never readable), and an emergency contact if you give one.
• About your dog: name, weight, photo, breed, birthday, feeding, medications, allergies, behavior notes, vaccination dates and records, and your vet.
• Your bookings and payments: the dates, what you paid and how. Card numbers go straight to Square; we never see or store them.
• Messages you send us by text, email or in the app, and photos we take of your dog during a stay.

Why we use it

To look after your dog, run your bookings, take payments, send confirmations, receipts and reminders, reach you or your emergency contact if something happens, and answer your questions.

We only share your dog's photos on our website or social media if you said yes when you signed up. You can change that any time.

Calls, texts and emails

When you book, you agree that we may call, text and email you about your bookings and your dog. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or START to turn them back on.

Who helps us

We do not sell your information. These companies handle parts of it so the service works:

• Square, for card payments.
• Twilio, for texts and phone calls.
• Resend, for email.
• DigitalOcean, which hosts the app and its data.
• Cloudflare, which delivers the website and counts visits without cookies.
• Google Maps, which shows our location on the main page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.

If we ever run ads, the website may also use Google or Meta tags to measure them. We will update this page when that starts.

Your choices

You can see and update most of your details in the Cuddle Club app. To have anything changed or deleted, email support@cuddleclubfl.com or call or text 321-450-3647. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
